At Weltron™, we back our products for life. As long as you're the original owner or an authorized partner, we're committed to making sure your product stays in top working order. If a manufacturing defect ever affects your product during normal use, we'll repair or replace it at no cost—and that even includes labor if an authorized representative confirms the issue. Just keep in mind that damage from accidents, mishandling, unauthorized repairs, or modifications isn’t covered. Before sending anything back, be sure to get an RMA number and prepay your shipping. Quality and service are our top priorities, and we’re here to ensure you have a great experience every step of the way.

At Weltron®, we’ve got you covered with our Power Limited Warranty. For 12 months from the purchase date, if your product has any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper care, we’ll repair or replace it at no extra cost to you. Just hold on to your sales receipt, as it’s your proof of purchase—without it, the warranty isn’t valid. Our coverage is for the original end-user only, and it applies to issues stemming from manufacturing defects, not damage caused by accidents, improper use, or unauthorized repairs. If we can’t repair or replace your model because it’s no longer available, we’ll upgrade you to a current model of equal or greater value. Before returning a product, please contact our customer service at (800) 726-1411 or warranty@weltron.us to get your RMA number, and note that return shipping is your responsibility.
