Just keep in mind that damage from accidents, mishandling, unauthorized repairs, or modifications isn’t covered. Before sending anything back, be sure to get an RMA number and prepay your shipping. For 12 months from the purchase date, if your product has any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and proper care, we’ll repair or replace it at no extra cost to you. Just hold on to your sales receipt, as it’s your proof of purchase—without it, the warranty isn’t valid. Our coverage is for the original end-user only, and it applies to issues stemming from manufacturing defects, not damage caused by accidents, improper use, or unauthorized repairs. If we can’t repair or replace your model because it’s no longer available, we’ll upgrade you to a current model of equal or greater value.
